Restricted gifts policy
The spending of funds is confined to programs and projects approved by Hope Story. Each restricted contribution designated for an approved program or project will be used as intended, with the understanding that if the need for such a program or project has been met, or if it cannot be completed for any reason as determined by Hope Story, any remaining restricted contributions will be redirected to areas of greatest need.
