The emotional blow left her struggling with her sense of identity and trust, and it caused a significant setback in both her academic and emotional growth. Once a sociable and cheerful girl, she withdrew into herself.
The challenges at home only added to her burden. Her younger brother, not fully understanding the situation, added further stress to the family dynamics. Her parents, while loving and supportive, didn’t know how to help her process her emotions while also caring for her brother. The family was overwhelmed by the emotional turmoil, and Isabella’s pain seemed too great to overcome alone.
However, through the intervention of the foundation, she was given the emotional support and guidance she desperately needed. The Foundation helped her rediscover the joy and confidence she had lost. Slowly, she started reconnecting with her friends and showing glimpses of the cheerful girl she once was.
Even if just for a moment, they help her forget her troubles. She is thankful to God for providing a space where she can gather, share, learn, and play—ultimately helping her find her way back to herself.
